Miia's Meatballs - Köttbullar
These meatballs are tipical Swedish and Finnish (Miia is a friend form Finland). They are usually served with Mashed Potatoes and a brown garvy sauce
Ingredients:
500 gr of ground meat (pork + beef)
1 dl of Breadcrumb
1,5 dl Water
Onion finely chopped
Pepper
Paprica
Nutmeg
garclic powder
Salt
Put water and breadcrumb in a pot. Let them stay for a couple of minutes so that the
water is sucked. Mix everything else. Roll some balls (about 1,5 inch diameter), fry in
extravirgin olive oil or butter.
